What is Ponyo?

Ponyo is an AI matchmaking agent that works inside Claude and ChatGPT. You tell Ponyo who you want to meet—such as a co-founder, mentor, mentee, or dating match—and it helps create relevant one-to-one introductions.

What is the Product Advisory Board?

The Product Advisory Board is an informal group of early users who help us evaluate Ponyo while it is still evolving. It is not a corporate board, job, or employment relationship. No technical expertise is required.

What to expect

Participation includes two short sessions, each lasting approximately 20–30 minutes.

Session 1 · First experience

Try the current Ponyo experience and share your immediate reactions.

• Is the product and its value easy to understand?
• Where does the experience feel smooth or confusing?
• Do the questions and matching process feel relevant?
• What increases or reduces trust?
• What would make you continue or stop? </aside>

Session 2 · Follow-up experience

Try the updated experience after we review the first round of feedback and make changes.

• What became easier or more useful?
• What stayed confusing?
• Did any change make the experience worse?
• Does the product feel more trustworthy and relevant?
• What still needs to change before a broader release? </aside>

There may be optional short questions or prototype reviews between sessions, but these are not required.

What we expect from participants

• Be honest. Negative reactions are welcome.
• Be specific. Share examples of what worked and what did not.
• Protect privacy. Do not share private profiles, match details, screenshots, or session content without permission.
• Speak up. Tell us when something does not make sense or would not be useful.

We are not looking for praise. Clear criticism and uncomfortable feedback are often the most helpful.
